Ricardo's Manager came out and provided a good estimate in a just a few days. They did a thorough job of inspecting the roof as we had many skylights and sun tunnel caps replaced.
They were on time with their scheduled start date, in fact they came in a couple of days early for the second job. Of course, roofers are beholden to the weather when it comes to a schedule. The crew arrived on time, were courteous, efficient and quiet workers as a roofer can be. They kept a clean work area and did a great job at protecting the surrounding bushes and grass area. Upon completion of 2 days' worth of work they were very meticulous in cleaning up nails, and other debris from the work. This is the second small Condo building (4 units each) completed within a year and we are very happy and pleased with Ricardo's Alpha Roofing. I would recommend them and plan on having them complete the work on a third building next year.

Showed up early on time, worked till late in the day. Came back early the next day and left my yard, driveway, etc spotless.
And, it was a Beautiful job. I've had roofing done on 5 other houses I've owned and non of them did this extensive of a job!
They put new flashing at all sides, all corners and valleys on my roof. They replaced the "boots" around penetrating vent pipes on my roof. There was a layer added of a special "white" barrier put down before shingles went on. They even cut out and replaced any rotted plywood before putting shingles on.
And, on top of all this.... They cost less than anybody and had more workers than anybody.
These guys ARE THE BEST you can't get and cheaper too. It's been a rare treat to work with these sweet hard working young men. And their Columbus, NC staff are great too. A very sweet pretty young lady works in the office and does a great job communicating expectations so there's no surprises.

We used Ricardo's Alpha Roofing to repair a small leak around one of our gas log vent pipes. The leak was minimal and only occurred under heavy rain but still needed to be repaired.
They communicated well from the initial quote to scheduling the repair to coming out and doing the work. The repair was done in a timely manor and pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Large, single story asphalt roof tear off & replacement. Ricardo was very responsive in setting up an appointment to provide an estimate and to talk through some of the more difficult issues associated with our roof. He provided a written estimate that was VERY fair. We made some additions to the job after the estimate was provided, including the installation of gutter guards around the entire house. The replacement job required tear off of the old roof, replacement of numerous rotted roof deck boards, installation of architectural asphalt shingles, a TPO application on a porch roof, as well as gutter guards throughout. Ricardo's Alpha Roofing is a Certainteed installer and the Landmark line of shingles were used. Ricardo worked with us to start the work when the rain forecast was low, but a little rain caught us all off guard. The job was stopped and the house covered. The rain continued and Ricardo and his crew arrived bright and early two days later to complete the job. Overall, it was an outstanding effort. He and his crew were professional and friendly, and very interested in making sure the job site was immaculate after they had completed the installation. Highly recommend!
