Ricardo Jacome started Ricardo’s Alpha Roofing when he was 18 Years old, In just 4 years Ricardo managed to grow the company from just Mauricio and himself to having over 12 employees. Ricardo is currently 22 years old and the youngest roofing contractor in the WNC area. Ricardo strives to make sure each and every single client is left with nothing but a smile. Ricardo is also the owner of leader of the pack clothing apparel.

Mauricio is in charge of the entire jobsite when Ricardo is not around, Along with his roofing skills, Mauricio also enjoys doing mechanical work vehicles with his free time. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and children!
