We would calculate the amount of material needed based on the square footage of the home. Why is there discoloring in my roof? Discoloration occurs due to different factors. But the most common one is due to algae growth, this may happen when there is a tree that gives off more shade in curtain parts of the house therefore not allowing the sun to soak up the water from a rain storm.
